I need to stop trying to make the titles of these things funny. I’m no good at it…..
Long back from Furry Fiesta 2013, which was quite enjoyable. I enjoyed talking with people both old hats and new, and look forward to attending next year. At this time I do not know if I’ll be getting a table or not, but if I do, I plan to have more ready made things to sell as opposed to just the commissions.
And speaking of commissions, as you can see below, my commission list has shrunk considerably. I’m now down to the few I got from last year’s Anthrocon, and the two left overs from this year’s FF. I want to get these wrapped up quickly so expect the list to be updated with in the next few weeks.

As I’m sure many people are aware, I haven’t really been very active in the past few months (years). Even more so than I normally am. At this point I think several people are owed a bit of a detailed explanation from me as to why that was, what was going on, and what’s being done about it.
If you had ever gotten a commission from me before you might recall that I was normally pretty fast at getting them done, at one point I did 12 commissions in a weekend. Now it seems like it takes me ages to do them. I would spend hours struggling just to come up with basic ideas that once came to me quickly; and for the life of me, I could not really begin to explain to you why that was. At least not until fairly recently.
To give you a summary up front, I had been suffering from depression. For those of you who know anything about my personal life outside of what I do for art, then this probably shouldn’t come as much of a surprise given what I was having to deal with on a daily basis. ↓ Read the rest of this entry…
I will be leaving for Anthrocon pretty soon. As with last year, I will have a table with the Illuminated Artists, which you can find at A13-A15 in the Dealers’ Den. I will be offering a limited number of commissions, as well as the Banzai Sushi Shirt. I will only be at the table for a limited time. If I’m not there, then I’m likely away slaving over art while getting buzzed off of marker fumes….
Here are the times you can expect to find me in the Dealers’ Den:
Friday: 12-4
Saturday: 12-6
Sunday: 12-4

So A-Kon 2012 has come and gone. Didn’t get to see as many people as I had hoped I would, but next year I’ll try harder to get my own table. I’m not sure that many people were aware that I was sharing a table this year. I did however get to fulfill more of my Copic Marker (JP: Site) addiction with 19 new markers!
I will be at Anthrocon this year. You can find me at tables A13, A14, and A15, along with several other artists. I look forward to seeing everyone there!
Well not quite dead yet, but close. My con-crud had decided to mutate itself into a full on flu, so I’ve spent the past several days in bed trying to recover. Still feel kinda crummy but I’ll be getting on to everyone’s commissions soon.
